Visiting the library

The library is open for viewings by the general public, along with the Union’s historic debating chamber (subject to availability). There is a charge of £5 per person, going up to £8 per person should you wish to view the chamber. For smaller groups of less than 5 people, there is no requirement to book in advance.

Group bookings:

We ask that groups check availability in advance. The same charges apply, although school groups go free of charge. Please state what date and time you would like to visit along with how many people in your group.

Talks and Tours:

The library team can offer a short talk about the history of the Union, covering both the library and the debating chamber (subject to availability). Please get in touch below with your requirements.
